If it rides like a 4X4 then it's a Run Flat. 
EMT is the designation for Run Flat.

Goodyear Tire Question
My wife and I bought a 2000 convertible 6 speed back in April.
The tires are Goodyear Eagle FI, my question is are these tires
run flats or regular nun run flats ?

If anywhere on the sidewall it has big EMT letters, then you have runflats.
