Problem with Head-Lights??
Has anyone experienced this...
My head lights will NOT pop up while the car is running.
When I turn them on, the lights are powered on, but will not pop up.
I have to turn the ignition OFF, then turn the headlights ON, in order for them to pop up.
Then the reverse will happen..
Once I get them on (from poppping them up with the ignition turned off), they will not go down until I turn the ignition OFF.
I have twighlight centenial, so I know this may be normal from dusk and during the night, but it happens during full daylight as well.
Any tips? Is it a fuse?
Guess the 05s won't have this problem

hmmm...maybe this is a Canadian thing 
This has happened to me a couple times in the last month...where I will turn on the lights and nothing pops up, but the PIIAs come on.. I liked the look better so I didnt care too much, until I shut off the car and restarted...then they popped up...damn...oh well

I'm thinking it might be a faulty resistor. Is your car still under warranty? <Crossed fingers>. Also, check your high beam wand, make sure it's not oushed forward. Good luck.
