Just picked up a magazine called Best of Tech for a Hot LS1 engines, on the back page there is a full page artical showing a new 1/2 wrap around magnet that adheres to the filter made by Filtermag, It seems to me that this would be especially great for a new engine, have any of you guys used some thing similar on your LS6? I have used magnet oil drain plugs on my moto cross bike for years and I have always been amazed on what it would pick up. For fifty bucks a copy this seem like cheap insurance to me.
I am supposed to pick up my new Z06 Friday!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!YEA!!!!!!!!!

RoHo: Remember you have bought an LS6 engine in your Z06, you must never use magnets from a LS1 oil filter on an LS6. Every thing you read in magazines and on the Internet is true.
However comma you may clamp the magnets on your fuel lines to align and fracture the fuel molecules so you can gain 'up to' 20 more rwhp.
You can also break up the magnets and drop them into the fuel tank, they will capture 99% of the free iron radical 'agitators', and 'shatter' them even better so now you get 'up to' 40 more rwhp.
