Need advice on damage
While driving home on the horror show known as the BQE, a cab in the left lane kicked up what appeared to be a wheelbarrow tire. It went directly into my path and went under the car. When I got home I took a look and saw that the underside of the bumper right where the scraper (?) is, there is a tear in the plastic. You can't see it unless you look under the car. My question is this. Does anyone know if this type of damage will continue to tear upwards during weather changes etc. or will it basically stay the way it is? Plus, can anyone advise of a place in the NYC area that works on Corvettes that I can take it to for a repair if needed?
