I was looking up something in my owners manual and decided to check the flashlight that came with it. I was surprised to find that the batteries had leaked and corroded the inside of it. Since I was going to use this flashlight if needed at night, I would have been SOL. I cleaned the inside and installed new batteries. Plus I put another light in one of the wells in back. Not a hugh tech tip but I thought it might save someone else a problem.

A flashlight came with my previous '01 but none on the '04, not even a video. GM went cheap to save up for the C6.
I check mine every once and a while. Still looks good, but I guess I had better check it again just to make sure the batteries have not leaked.
Yeah - better make sure the batteries don't leak on the condom, or you might have a future Corvette driver in the oven. (or a burn that you can't explain...)
