When you put Z06 style screens on a regular C5 does the fog lights still shine or does the screens distort the beams? Thanks

Fog lights still work fine. The stock ones don't do much anyways, but I would say the screen doesn't affect the light output or beam pattern much.

It does diminish the lights some, but I rarely use the lights and I liked the look better w/the screens.

How do the screens fit against the original black plastic trim?
I think maybe a round hole can be trimmed out so the light shines through, i am ordering a pair and was thinking of doing that.

For all practical purposes the Z06 screen does not effect the light output.

Now for those people that want to get really really technical... yes, because the light is shining thru the screen there will be some impact to the amount of light shinning thru and the beam. But not enough that a normal human eye would be able to tell the difference.

their is no problem with the lights shinning through the screens,if their were they would not have made the screens to go over the fog lights.
