The only time I paid someone to change my oil, they (unnamed) put the wrong oil filter on and it blew out a couple of miles away.

In CA, they'll only accept 5 gallons at a time, so I make several stops in getting rid of my oil. Those sparkletts bottles sure come in handy.

I didn't know there are jackalopes in Georgia.

I thought they were all out west.

When living on the farm many years ago we used old oil to wipe down all the farm machinery to prevent rust. Now it goes to the local recycle facility. I never trust anyone else to change the oil. If I do it myself I know what kind of oil and filter is used. I was at an auto dealership on day an two folks were there waiting on an oil change. I asked about why there and they said they wanted it "done right" ????
