Default Help with flameball install

First of all, before the mods flame me, I tried to post this in C-5 Tech, but I couldn't get into the forum, so here goes. I'm installing the flameball shift **** and I remember reading a few times from others that have tapped into the active handling buttons light wire to provide switched power for the flameball light. Only quick question I have is which colored wire is it? Should be an easy enough questions for all you intelligent C-5 owners. (Did I butter you all up enough? ). Thanks for any responses.

Wire it up direct to the brown and orange wires of the traction control button under the console. Very easy to do. Install will take about 15 minutes.

Noel97C5:

No offense intended, but your posts would be much easier for everyone to read if you resized your sig pic. Your current pic is a whopping 1451 X 967 pixels and its size is what causes the text of your post to not wrap properly. This forces everyone attempting to read your text to have to use the scroll bar at the bottom of the page to scroll back and forth to read your post. Also, it's not a problem for me as I'm on high-speed DSL, but for anyone on dial-up your pic must be excruciatingly slow for them to load. Forum guidelines contained in the sticky post at the top of C5 General suggest that images not be larger that 450 X 300 pixels. This post also has some links to free picture resizing software if needed. Image Sizes

Hope this helps and good luck with the Flameball installation.

Gee gray thanks for the tip. This was the first time I've posted on the new site, unfortunately I didn't preview the post before I put it up. I knew as soon as I saw it some one would comment. It's fixed and it won't slow down any ones connection now.
