Silly question perhaps, but what is the rwhp rating on a stock 2000 C5? I know they advertise I believe 345 hp but I think that is at the flywheel. Just curious. I also have heard that you loose plus/minus 18% from the flywheel to the rear wheels. Does that sound about right?

Is your car an M6 or A4 ? Dyno numbers vary from car to car. Most A4's dyno around 290 stock, M6 cars can vary between 305-310.

I just dyno'ed my car last week(2000 Coupe, six speed). It is stock except for Vararam and Corsa tips. It pulled 306 RWHP with 50,000 miles on the motor.

While opinions vary, the generally accepted numbers you will see on the Forum most are a 15% loss for the MN6, and a 18% loss for the A4.

If a 6-speed, figure about 15% less than the 345. If an automatic, figure about 18% less.
