Radio Locked - Please help.

Radio Locked - Please help.
After waiting 5 months for our home to be rebuilt - I just pulled the Vette out of storage. I charged the battery and connected the battery posts. It popped right over....as soon as I remembed that I needed to push the clutch in....lol.
However, now the radio is locked. I've been in contact with the previous owner - he never programed it to lock. Can someone please help me with unlocking this?
