Default Carlisle Rooms

Does anyone with a block of rooms have an extra, or does anyone with a reservation now not able to go?

Thanks,
Tom M

My advice to you would be to go ahead and plan on going and get the room in a few weeks.

What usually happens at these things is that a lot of people that plan on going usually book 2-3 rooms just in case they find some friends or family that want to go with them. Then, usually the week before the event, they cancel any rooms that they do not need. Like I said, call around the week before Carlisle and you will probably find a lot of hotels with vacant rooms.

I've already got a room booked but I'm going to look for a better one when they become available.

Good luck.

Tom,
I sent an email to Meguiars to see if they have any extras. I have 2 others promised first but usually they reserve about 6-8 rooms. I will keep you posted.
Check around...harrisburg and Chambersburg are about 20 minutes away.

Jim,

Thanks for the page, but I actually "liberated" a phone book a couple of years ago I actually have had a couple of E-mail responses, I might even need two rooms, I was talking to Midyear the other day and he might need one also.

Thanks Again,
Tom M

My favorite view is from the second level of the concession building in the back corner of the fair grounds. There are nothing but Corvettes in every direction as far as the eye can see!

Try Days Inn in York. I stay there every year and never had a problem getting a room. Maybe 20 min. drive to the show but what the heck.
