97 C-5 Air Conditioning problems
I receintly took C-5 to a dealership for transmissision issues. When it came out the transmission worked perfectly but the airconditioning only blew hot air. When I delivered the car the AC was fine but the display on the climate control display was dim. Now there is no light on the dual climate control display and the airconditioning blows hot air only. I immediately took the car back and now they say the display and compressor went out at the same time. It just happened to be in their shop when it happened. They want $2500.00 to replace both. At the moment, if that is true it will be a hot summer. This seems highly suspicious to me..... Any thoughts on display repair or aftermarket upgrades???? and simultanious compressor failure?
