chrome cover?

Hi guys & gals, has anyone seen a chrome cover for what I think is the fuel regulator? It sits left side of intake manifold,next to rail cover. I saw one but the guy forgot where he got it. Thanks

You may have seen it on a torch red '01 with a lot of unique chromed parts. If so, it was made by that gentleman and he's no longer in the business
