I was told to allow 6 months from the date of purchase. When I still had not received mine, I contacted Laraine Pugia at 1-586-558-3809. Laraine was very helpful and got my subscription started. She may require you to fax a bill of sale or some other proof of sale along with your VIN. Hope this helps.

Finally my C6 Special Edition Issue arrived today. This was after numerous emails to them about it! Why are there so many problems with getting this subscription?
