I got my first Corvette Quarterly magazine in the mail for the summer 2004 issue (a few months ago). This issue came with a letter that basically said: "Corvette Quarterly would like to congratulate you on your purchase of a new Corvette and as a toten of our appreciation, we are giving you a free, three-year subscription..." Great! But here's the thing. Then a few days ago I get the "Sixth-Generation Special Issue" of Corvette Quarterly with notice that says: "This is your last issue of Corvette Quarterly! You have been receiving a complimentary subscription, fill out the form below to continue to receive [the magazine]."
Unless I have fallen into a 3 year hibernation without knowing it, can someone explain to me why I got this notice?

You know what they say, time flys when you are having fun. Hopefully it is a mistake and you will continue to receive your subscription. It is a nice magazine to get.

I bought my '04 in April, and just received my first issue of CQ a couple weeks ago. Mine said the same thing. Apparently my first issue was also my last.

I had the same experience. Guess it is not just me.
I've been receiving Corvette News and Corvette quarterly for 40 years since my first 58 Corvette. Corvette News was the Original Corvette owners magazine, Ive never paid for a single copy of either.
Many people got the same "subscription ends notice". I spoke with Laraine yesterday and she said people will be receiving a letter stating that the subscription ends notice was sent out by mistake.
Contact Laraine Pugia at 1-586-558-3809. Hope this helps.
