Default C5 - 2001/2004 Differences

I am looking at a nice 2001 coupe at a good price with pretty much all options except the Z51 and real time damping suspension. It also has an extended warranty until 2007.
I am torn between this car and buying a 2004 with the great discounts.
Can anyone tell me if there are any differences in terms of the engine, interior, etc. between a 2001 and 2004 C5 automatic Coupe.
Thanks in advance

Try this;http://www.jakelatham.com/c5/misc/differences.shtml and don't forget the value of the warranty.

Folks thanks for the input -
Madeoutaglass that list is great- I know its not the gospel but it does tell me that there appears to be no, or very little changes on the A4 coupe between 2001 and 2004.
Thanks again

2004 upgrades compared to early 2001:

Just a few I can think of.

PCM-Faster, more memory. Program updates.
Fuel-C6 FFS System, to fix gauge issues.
Cooling-LS2 water pump and T-stat.
Ignition-LS2 coil paks.
Ignition-GM HIPO spark plug wires (red).
Ignition-Delco Iridium spark plugs.
Intake-Revised LS6 manifold to fix whistling issue.
Crankcase-New PCV orfice design eliminates plumbing, less blowby.
Gears-Revised seals, to fix leaking.
HVAC-New drain, to fix water damage.
Chassis-New rear frame design to stiffen chassis for FFS tanks (late 2003).
Electrical-Valeo 140 Amp alternator.
Electrical-Top post acid Delco battery, to fix failed AGM batteries.
Suspension-Aluminum end links.
Suspension-Recalibrated shocks (Z51).
Transmission A4-valve body calibration changes.
Wheels-Lugs changed to steel/stainless covered (no locks).
Brakes-Revised pads.
Weatherstripping improvements.

Nothing worth wasting the xtra money on if you are gonna have a good warranty through 2007 anyway. If the 01 is really as good deal jump on it

I traded my 01 for an 04. With the discounts, and low financing it just made sense.

What I noticed was the seats are much more comforatable, look better, and come standard with both sides having the auto adjustments.

04 comes standard with the driving lights, rear shade, and dual zone AC.

The 04 seems a bit quieter inside.

Nothing like a Brand New one, trust me!
