difficulty opening center console now is cleared up
I rarely sit in the passenger seat of my car. I think out of the 12,700 miles on the odo I have 2 miles in the passenger seat scares my wife to drive it well not the car but me
doing some work on the car today I had to open the center console from the passengers side . . . now I see why people have complained about it not opening all the way . . . good design the back of it hits the parking or emergency brake lever. . . so you have to put on the foot brake or not but take off the emergency brake to keep the top from striking the console . . .
Mine has hissing fits. It often doesn't open as it binds up and won't go more than half way open. I found that I must pull up away from the hinging to free the bind. Hey, it's only a $50 grand car, you expect Lexus or Acura quality? And GM wonders why they can't compete on the high end car lines.... geeez!
