My C5 vert is a classic and it looks real 
, not anytime soon. Nothing against the C6 but 50hp alone isn't going to do it for me. The styling on the C5 is in noway outdated !!!!

Who really knows what will happen in the future. Right now I don't really care for the C-6, maybe it will grow on me. I think if I could afford to trade, I would trade for a 03 - 04 ZO6. But my 99 coupe has only 17k miles on it and it is paid for. It still is mistaken for a new Vette on a regular basis. Well it was till the C-6s showed up. I would wait for all the bugs to be worked out before I bought one anyway.

well guys i hate to say it but when one of those c-6's show up at a car show and win best of show it will change a lots of you guys mind,its like doing mods on your c-5 it never ends.

I've loved the look of the C5 since I first saw it......hated (strong word) the C6 since I first laid eyes on it. No C6 in my future, maybe a C7 if they don't screw it up with more grey plastic and too much electronics. Whatever happened to "America's sports car"?

I am going to buy a C6 when they come out with the Z06 package, but I am keeping my C5 to give to my son. This car (my C5) is the first vette I have ever owned and I love it and want him to continue on with it after he is old enough to drive it. I am not trading mine in!

I just got my C5 this past spring. I'm keeping it for awhile.
I do have a plan tho. I hope a bunch of you 02-04 C5 owners decide you can't live without a C6 then I will be able to buy one of your C5's in a couple years!

I have dumped too much $$ into mine, and will be faster and better looking vs. a stock C6 vert...IMHO.
Down the road, absolutely but not for a couple years.
