I read the tech articles and also did a search with no luck.
I want to lower my C5 Coupe exactly 1/2 inch in the front and 1/2 inch in the rear. My height now is stock. How many turns of the bolts on the front and how much cutting of the bushings in the rear is required.
The front bolts should probably go about 3 turns, and turn the rear bolts down until only 2-3 threads show above the locknut. For only 1/2" drop, no bushing sugery should be required.

You can do the adjustment with the car on the ground (it's tight, but possible), so once you figure out how to do it, just start turning until it's where you like it.
I bottomed my fronts out and left 2 threads showing on the rear and dropped 3/4". Remember that 3/4" doesn't show right away. Drive it for about an hour and measure.
