Default Drooping Visor

On my 03 AE vert, the passenger side visor wont stay in the forward/up position long, a few bumps and it's pointing down. Is there any way to increase the resistance of it's movement so it will stay put?

Must be something with the '03 verts, mine does the same thing. It hasn't been too bad lately so I have not tried to correct the problem.

I took mine completely off- I have tint across the top of the windshield so I didn't really need them......not to mention that I'm 6'7" and I have a lot more "seeing room" out of the windshield now.

My new o4 coupe does the same thing. It feels like there is a metal clip inside the fabric that is clamped over the rod. I have considered trying to crimp that piece using pliers, with adequate padding, but never think to try it except when I am driving & it droops.

I think you can do something about drooping if you press the dic buttons.

Oh, was that my outside keyboard.

My '04 vert does the same thing. Driver's side stays put. Kind of weird that so many people have the same problem.

OK...just saw this on another thread in the Tech section. Maybe it'll help...I'm going to try it right now.

Interesting, no problem with my 98- and I have a garage door opener mounted on one of them.
