No they are they Polished Z06 wheels available only on the CE 2004 Z06. Seems to me that I've seen Bob at The House of Wheels offering these for sale. Might be a place to start.
You mean these? Like I have on my 04 Mag Red coupe!!! From what I've heard, they are not available from Chevrolet. I found someone on the Forum who was selling them!!! Oops...picture links aren't working yet. Go here and take a look at my wheels: http://home.comcast.net/~jw38/wsb/ht...D-1727902.html

I'm thinking you have to have a VIN to get them from a dealer. Bob at Fichtner Chevy should know. Otherwise, they may be available from other sources - either someone selling them off their car or maybe from someone like Bob at House of Wheels, Nate at Corvette Garage, etc.

If anyone asks you for a VIN, just give them your VIN, replace the "G" with an "S" and you're all set.
Bob sells both polished repros (cheaper) AND polished OEM Z06 speedlines (not the OE '04 Z16s). $100/wheel extra to have them clearcoated like the factory Z16s.
