Default Another Question???

I got in my car yesterday and noticed that my seat didn't move move up to the correct position when I put the key in the ignition. Initially I thought that I had not used the remote to unlock the doors, but it has not moved after several attempts. I actually think it stuck in the correct location but its driving me nuts to figure out why its not moving. The controls work fine, so I know that it is not a fuse (at least I would assume its not). The steering wheel still seems to function properly by coming to the correct position just not the seat. What the heck am I doing wrong?

Mine is just temperamental. Works sometimes - sometimes not. When it doesn't - I just pust the button on the door.

Default Are you locking with FOB?

Sometimes mine won't move into position when I put the key in so I hit the button and she moves. I thought, could be mistaken, it moves to position when you hit botton on FOB only if you locked it that way. Also, if door is still open and you put keys in it won't move till you close door, I think, or maybe sometimes or ..

If it doesen't move hit memory 1 or 2. It's easier than having to have a specific sequence of events.

Everytime you get into the car you have to use the Key FOB. If you just get in the car the seat will not move because it has no idea who you are. Oops everytime you want the seat to adjust you have to use the key fob. Anyone can get in the car...lol..

Hope that helps.
