What do you have in the car in case you do get a flat? I understand all that foam stuff is bad for the sensors....can you tell me what I can get? I have NITTOS....
You can sometimes find the Z06 kits here or on e-bay. Also, there are several threads that describe self made kits, much cheaper than the Z06 one. Good luck ....
Tire Repair Kit;
Compressor with a spotlight
Small knife (I carry a pocket knife)
Patch kit, with new plugs bought annually
Needle nose plier
Adjustable Pliers
Screwdriver
Blanket (cold weather)
Cotton gloves or Handiwipes
Large Towel (to lay on)
Cell Phone
Considering a small jack, Lug socket, Breaker Bar
You may not want/need all these items but they are submitted for your consideration...
The same thing the other fifty million cars on the road do without runflats.
Pull over, cus out loud, call AAA.
I have the aforemention kit in the car. Hopefully a little fix a flat will get you to the next exit. I'd hate to try to get my lowered car on a flatbed!

But the majority of cars on the road have spares.
And the vast majority of cars on the road do not need a flatbed.
And 99.99% of the cars on the road aren't worth as much as a C5.
True, runflats may only have 90% of the sticking ability of the non-runflats but unless something runs out in front of me I'll never test the limits of the runflats.
Considering that if there is a slow leak due to a nail or screw, etc., I would have time to pull off and repair the tire, or find a repair shop. Therefore I have:
Compressor
Pliers
Plug kit
Small jack/lug wrench combo (from an L-series Saturn)
Gloves
Lloyd's mat in the cargo area to lay on if required (large enough for two to lay on in the grass )
Flares
If the tire blows, which is very unlikly, then I have my cell phone and towing coverage, and a credit card for a new tire, and possibly an overnight stay, if out of town.

I've a small 12v compressor, along with sensors. Anything too big for the compressor to deal with, probably wouldn't fix with goop or a plug either, at least not safely.
Could you use the rear frame to place a bottle jack on??? Just inside the rear fascia? Looks like square tubing. Just for the rears of course. I currently carry the Plug kit(Walmart$10) and small 12v compressor and socket for the lug nuts.
