Finally Justice!
Driving home from a long weekend road trip yesterday. Stopped in N.J. to fill-up with relatively cheaper fuel before crossing back into N.Y. As I'm pulling on to the on ramp from the service plaze some kid in a VW VR-6 decides to attach himself to my bumper. I accelerated fairly rapidly to the posted speed limit of 65 MPH and immediately eased back on the throttle. Meanwhile the VW is trying to make up a significant portion of lost ground which I make easier by staying at 65. Eventually He whips around me going about 90. As usual I just smile and keep driving at or near 65.
Coming up over the next rise in the road and there it is. A LEO with his lights flashing pulling over the VR-6.
That's my idea of justice.
I'm not gloating because the guy got a ticket, but he had no business riding on my butt or whipping around me at 90. Any mistake on his part could have become a disaster.

I'm sure he will be posting at a vw board, how he beat a vette in a race and that some redneck jealous cop in his POS crown vic decided to ticket him for no reason.

Ha, very true... however, I must say.. those Crown Vics are a big POS...

LEO= LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICER................and the Crown Vic has been the only Ford I liked.....

My best instant justice story is as follows. Going home late, after 1:00 A.M. Traveling down a road at 35MPH, posted limit 25MPH. Guy is on my bumper. As we approach stop sign, radar detector is warning. Drive this area often, not a false alarm. Procede to 25MPH this guy is about kissing the rear end, radar detector is at full song, first chance he gets he passes me probably getting to 60MPH plus, the minute he pulls in the lane in front of me the headlights come on in the field next to the road, as the idiot passes the cop the lights come on. As I pass the stopped driver and LEO but before the cop gets out to greet the driver, I slowly pass by and wave.
