Default wheel wells

has anyone painted their wheel wells the same color as their car? I hate that ugly black plastic but would it get chipped alot; probably couldn't see it though. Doug

You might have answered your own question - it would get chipped a lot and might show more dirt than the black does. My car is lowered so you don't see a whole lot anyway. I do clean and prep them for car shows.

Good thought, but you would constantly be repainting due to chips. Really not worth the effort. Just clean them each time you wash the car and they stay relatively nice.

THey do that a lot in the Phillipines, to those Jeepsters.. but on a Corvette????
I guess it is a matter of taste... I know some people think those little fuzzy ***** all around the head liner are cool, leopard skin seats , disco light for a reading light etc... OH and neon.. cant forget the neon.

Not trying to flame but I think it would look like a cheap Macco paint job where they don't mask anything off.
