I am experiencing problems with the driver side of my AC unit. It don't get cold. I have had the controlled unit replaced which improved the problem some but not completely and only temporarily. The passenger side cools just fine, however, the driver side takes forever to start to cool.
Also, unit cools much faster when car is not moving.
Is the problem still the control unit or should I look elsewhere?

I'd look elsewhere. It sounds like your temp control door on the driver's side isn't opening fully. Your dealer should have been able to hook up a tech II tool and determine that the temp door wasn't opening all the way.
There is a way to recalibrate the temp door actuators by killing the power to them. I think you simply remove the positive battery cable from the battery for a couple of minutes. Hopefully someone will jump in with the exact procedure!
