I have a sneaky feeling that Antonio Bananas is not as whacked as some of his posts sound. I think he's playing you guys, and then sitting back and laughing at what he gets started.

At least he's not insulting people.

You got to admit some of his threads are funny as hell.

let's face it. the society had labeled that it's not "proper" talking about your own thoughts freely yet those are the things that interest people the most. "greed" has been labeled as "evil" yet without greed, there won't be any progress in human society. better, easier, faster...all the outcome of persuing their greed to get better, easier, faster...

people say that i'm crazy and off for starting certain threads...yet do they realize why the thread got more than 3400 hits...

thank you very much for all your participation!

good day everyone! and laugh!!! life's too short anyway!

I was trying to be nice with my comments, but apparently you're not going to let me.

Do you want to know the real reason I clicked on this thread initially?

Because I saw you created it and I just had to see what kind of moronic thread this one would be. Now I know. I was really more interested to see what other members would give you a slight chiding. I'm glad a few of them did and I had to voice my approval.

And to say that because a thread is 'good' or whatever because of the amount of hits it gets is just plain dumb. A lot of people on the Internet watched the terrorist beheading videos. Does that mean it's a good thing they exist?

I've had my Stingray longer than I've had my C5, so I've trolled the C3 section way before this one. I used to see posts by people that said basically 'I prefer to stick to the C3 forum, because at least they talk about cars there.' After hanging out here for the last several months, I now am beginning to understand what they mean.

No hard feelings, man.... But can't the threads in the "C5 Gen. Discussion" forum have at least fricking SOMETHING to do with C5's?

Dear Mike:

Please read again and you will see that i never "judged" between good or bad. i just stated the facts in numbers.

1. you must have a lot of time in your hands to be interested in my "MORONIC" threads. and always, i do appreciate your participation. This is a public forum and i do respect others opinion. if i do not like something, i just ignore it as an adult.

2. again, if you read again, i NEVER stated that more than 3400 people viewed because it was a "GOOD" thread, never. who's being judgemental here? but i still do appreciate your participation and your opinion since this is a public forum.

3. beheading vedio... yes, that's exactly what i'm talking about. the nature of man and their curiocity. they are so busy wondering and watching other's evil acts and stupidity where they can judge on it. if they are NOT a bit interested, they will NOT give their preasious time grossing themselves out. we have been taught not to judge and leave it up to God...yet do we really practice it...i wonder. it is nature of man to label and stereotype others... again, thank you for your opinion. i wish you can accept my humble opinion as i do with yours.

4. i am very happy that you have been a long time owner of your Corvettes. i'm certainly trying to be one and i'll appreciate your help on many things.

5. i appreciate your opinion of staying in the car subject. i wish you respect mine trying to have little fun along the side. if anything, the keepers of this great place will be the ones to make decisions of what stays to be open or locked. Let's try to respect them and their decision.

again, thank you very much for your interest and your valuable time you put in to leave a post.

have a great day,

I don't know what to comment on first, your lack of a spell checker, or your non sequitur rationale.

You never said good or bad. This is true. You stated numbers, but you were implying that there was widespread interest in that thread and therefore it was justified. Bunk reasoning. And if this wasn't your reasoning, then what was the point of stating the numbers? Furthermore, if I make a post that says 'Nude pictures of my wife in my C5' I bet it would get a lot of views. Does that mean it belongs in C5 gen discussion?

What can I say? The boss was out of the office today. You're right. This is a public forum. However, there are rules. They have an OT section for these types of posts. You choose to ignore posts you don't like.... That's your right. I choose to voice my opinion... As others did.

Mighty nice of you to appreciate my participation. Yeah, I judged your post. Am I not allowed to do that? If a moderator were to comment on this thread (and I'm sure it's probably forthcoming after this post) I would imagine that they would say that this thread is borderline at best (in this section).

Now we get to hear some of your philosophy? What a treat. I'm sure it was a true epiphany to all who read it.

I've actually owned both of my Covettes for less than a year. Who's drawing conclusions now?

No problem with fun here.... I'm the dude who doesn't think the street racing threads should be locked. However, there's a reason for the existence of the OT section. I.E. So people like me who check gen discussion to hear about things like the column lock issue (you know.... important stuff) don't have to weed through OFF TOPIC threads like yours. BTW, do you realize that people read this forum from their workplaces? Content in any posts on this site could get the site blocked on every corporate network from here to Timbuktu. I work for a semi-large web hosting company that has a few high profile customers. I see this type of thing happen all the time. Most would agree that would be bad.

I'm going to shut up now, because I'm probably dangerously close to getting slapped by one of the moderators for trying to do their job (even though that's not really my intent). But alas, I'm sure I am somewhat out of place saying some of this stuff since I'm not a mod.

Keep posting whatever you want. I'm sure the mods have their own 'little black book'. One day you'll cross the line big time and get yourself permanently banned. I'm not wishing that upon you, but it's where you're heading.

man... i really gotta get hooked on hooked on fonicS thank you for your concern.

You never said good or bad. This is true. You stated numbers, but you were implying that there was widespread interest in that thread and therefore it was justified. Bunk reasoning. my point was to show how people would point their fingers at others while three fingers of the very same hand pointing fingers to others are pointing at themselves--people label the threads being "good" or "moronic" when they keep on sticking their noses in it. again, you missed my point and just "assumed" my reasoning concluding that the numbers were implying the justification of a "good" thread...

"when you assume, you are putting "***" infront of "u" and "me"
"Benny Hill Show, 198?"

Nude pictures of your wife... again, that's exactly what i'm talking about. Let's say you did, there will be A LOT of people viewing your thread with the perversion of their own...yet they will be pointing finger at you saying you are "perverted" and "crazy moron". Also, they will be judging how the thread does not belong in the "C5 GENERAL". That, the nature of man wasting their time judging others not knowing the fact that they are actually pointing their fingers at themselves is what i'm talking about.

What can I say? The boss was out of the office today. You're right. This is a public forum. However, there are rules. They have an OT section for these types of posts. You choose to ignore posts you don't like.... That's your right. I choose to voice my opinion... As others did.

What you do when your "boss" is not in the office, I'm all for it! Heck, I do this when my boss is here! And yes, there are rules and there are people who enforce the rules of this forum. Don't you think the problem of the world we live in starts from every individual trying to rule despite that there are officials who do the job? just my 2 centz

"That's your right" ??? ummm... let's get hooked on hooked on fonics together! you live in Irvine, I live in Fullerton!

I judge you not for I leave that up to God. I'm just trying to be a friend and have fun!

Now we get to hear some of your philosophy? What a treat. I'm sure it was a true epiphany to all who read it.
Thank you for calling it "philosophy". I didn't know I could be philosophical, thank you for making me feel special.

I've actually owned both of my Covettes for less than a year. Who's drawing conclusions now?
Sorry for assuming... guess I put "***" infront of "U" and "ME" this time

Let's let our CF judges do their job, shall we? I understand what kind of threads you value here in CF, please read the titles and aviod the name Antonio BananaS, thank you.

ASSUME...ASSUME...ASSUME...

Mr. Mike,

I see you have great concern toward CF and hope you continue that.

Again, you have posted your opinion on my MORONIC thread and I thank you.

One thing for shur, you and i both got a lot of time in our hands to do this back and forth! thank you for the laughes and your valuable thoughts! We should go CARAVAN together since we live in the same area.

have a great day and weekend!

I kind of went blank when I read the three Hooters girls. Don't need to have it any better than that.

Did you really just try to critique a non-existent grammatical error?

Why do you even own a Corvette? It's obvious to everyone here that you have a lifetime free-ride pass on the little bus!

This MORONIC thread is still going strong without being locked "YET" with basically two members: one is the one who started the MORONIC thread and the other is the one who KEEPS on posting on the MORONIC thread despite his high interest in the C5 issues. I gotta thank that member!

AWWW... are you feeling better now? wish you were!

have a great weekend! and.... do me a favor, please stop degrading yourself by posting on a MORONIC thread. for god's sake, people are now thinking you and i are arguing here!

dude, thanks for the laugh.
