Its fairly easy - with a lift! You have to get the rear end several feet off the ground to get 'em in and out.
Make sure to drop your sway bar and I would suggest you use GM flange gaskets or better.
Do a search, somewhere there is a great pictorial of the process.

I live in Jacksonville, Ill it's about 30 miles west of Springfield, Ill. I think i will take it to my chevy dealer, since i purchased my 03 and 04 from them they can do this for me! But thank you for the offer.
