Is my C5 rare?

I remember reading a while ago that convertables did not come fromt he factory with z-51 suspension but mine did. Am I thinking of something different or what?

Don't think there were any restrictions on what cars Z51 couldn't go on.

FRCs came with Z51 standard, though.

You must be thinking of something different. I ordered my '03 convertible with the Z51 option. My neighbor also ordered his '99 convertible with the Z51 option. As far as I know the Z51 option has been available for the C5 convertible since it was first introduced in model year 1998.

Also, technically RPO Z51 is the Performance Handling Package. The Z51 package includes the FE3 sport suspension and a power steering cooler.
