Forbes.Com is running a poll "Favorite New Car" and it seems Ford has attempted to stage a coup putting the Mustang artificially ahead of the Corvette by e-mailing their employees to vote. Corvette lovers unite and Vote!
Pass this on Fast to every Corvette lover that you know.

The Attached mail was forwarded to me this morning by someone from Ford. I do not consider this playing fair. Maybe you want to do something about this...

Subject: FW: Which is Your Favorite New Car?

Forbes.com is conducting an online poll titled, "Which is Your Favorite New Car?" The Corvette is kicking Mustang's rear end. We can't let that happen.
Send everyone you know to
<http://www.forbes.com/lifestyle/vehicles/2004/09/13/cx_dl_0913feat.html> to vote for Mustang.
Thanks.
So, when someone else encourages a group of people to vote in a particular direction that's "artificial" and "unfair", but if corvetteforum does it then it's OK? Is that how this works?
Although why anyone would get upset about the results of an unscientific poll that is clearly open to abuse and manipulation is totally beyond me.
As the proud owner of a blown 5.0 GT vert and a blown C5 vert, I feel qualified to give my vote to C5 hands down.
BUT, there will be far greater numbers of stang owners out there so realistically, I expect 'the peoples sports car' to win. Not everyone can afford the glass rockets.

And if you think for one second that they aren't doing the same thing right now on the many more Mustang forums you might want to think again.
