1st time Z06 owner
Just wanted to say Hey to everyone,
Well, actually its my first corvette ever. Just moved from a WS6 transam to a 03 Z06!!!!
Took a trip today for about 200 miles through the North Georgia mountains.... what an amazing feeling! got a wave from every corvette owner I saw!

Congratulations on the new car. My 03 Z06 is my 8th Corvette and is by far the best I have ever owned. If you haven't already, you will fall in love with this car. Glad to see that you got Red, the Red ones are faster, you know.

NO way!! EB Blue ZO6 are faster!!!!!!! 
Welcome to the Forum!! You will very SOON find that owning a ZO6 is a unique expierence! There are VERY few STOCK cars that are as fast and handle as well as yours. If thay are quicker or handle better,,, they paid double or tripple what you paid for yours!!
I just added Stainless Works 3" headers, 3' stainless mid section and "X" pipe and a set of Stainless Works mufflers on my 02 ZO6! All I can say is WOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It sounds wicked and it has better mid and upper RPM HP and TQ!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Sadly I haven't even been up into the N. GA mountains yet since getting my Z06. Did it plenty of times in my previous 2 vettes though.
I think I'm gonna go next weekend, it'll be nice and cool!

Im in the Kennesaw area, took about 1 1/2 hrs to go through the dalonaga area. It was fun, end up driving up to 3000-3500ft and come flying down to 2000ft again, ears were popping 
wish i got some pictures, i might go back next weekend for the ride

I live in Alpharetta... I was thinking of heading up to Amicalola falls next weekend, for a little bit of driving and hiking.
