Default Lingenfelter header special

Lingenfelter designed the best long tube header available for the Corvette LS1 or LS6 that retains the factory primary catalysts in the stock locations. LPE headers are manufactured from the highest quality 304 stainless steel with 304 header flanges that are extra thick to prevent warping and gasket leaks. This header is optimized for LS1 stock or modified engines with primary tubes that are built from 1 3/4” diameter stainless to produce excellent horsepower gains while maintaining good torque at lower engine RPM’s. Requires welding of supplied flanges to your existing catalysts. Will not fit with factory pre-catalysts. Not legal for sale or use on California pollutions controlled motor vehicles.

Regular price $1,295.00 on sale for only $765.00 9/27/04-10/1/04

Jeff what would you guys charge for a set of these INSTALLED at your shop? I do NOT want anymore sound (I have GHL bullets). Will these headers create more noise? What is a real world increase in RWHP?

What would you charge for a DYNA tune after the install?

I live about 45 min from you.

I would like some more info as well. How much of a gain would I get, I have the corsa pace car exhaust, I just got my magnaflow x pipe and vararam delivered today that will be going on? How much louder will these make the car? Do headers interfere with doing any maintenance or warranty repairs if I need them. How hard is the install, or how much should an install cost?

Jeff, I am in the market for headers. I live in Utah and must pass an OBDII emissions test and a visual if they do one. I have a 99 C5 A4 with Corsa Cat Backs. There are no Pre-Cats on the 99. If your headers leave the Cats in the same position and allow for all four O2 sensors to be hooked up I should be able to pass emissions OK. Please clarify for me and let me know what is included with your package. Thanks!!
