I can back up on to the ramps no problem but when I try to pull the front end up on to them they slide away. The rubber blocks are on the bottom of them my garage floor is concrete. Any suggestions?
Even new sometimes, the ramps want to slide on slick concrete. I use a couple of old towels and make sure the tires are completely on the towels before the start climbing the ramps. That way, they grip the towels and ramps at the same time and there is no realative motion between them.
Probably the best idea I have seen on here concerning that issue was to drill a hole at the base of the ramp and tie a 2 foot rope or so to it so as you drive up the ramp, the rope is under the tire and keeps the ramps from sliding. Pretty genious physics to me although I haven't tried it yet but make sense and some have done it with good results. Good luck.
Do any of you hit your front air dam (the rubber parts in front of the front wheels) when trying to drive up onto the rhino ramps? I don't think my car is lowered, but this has been a problem. Just curious to know if this is normal?

Make sure you are not pressing the brake pedal while climbing up, however lightly. If your car is automatic, you may have been doing this. It may help to wait until the engine is fully warmed up so it's not at high idle.
I use a welcome mat under the rear of each and yes, the air dam scrapes along. Now that my car is lowered, I do need a "pre-ramp", so I'll be making something soon (for my annual oil change).
Only the center section, I think there is some overlap from the side pieces in front of the tires that may be permanently damaged. I need to look closer to be sure though.
No sliding here on my garage floor. I take the ramps and slide them up to the wheels (like you were putting in a wheel chock(sp?)) and then I drive right up. Maybe just the added resistance of the pressure from the wheel or the air damn helps to hold mine in place. As far as rubbing...yep, mine too.
I got a couple pieces of that rubberized waffle textured shelf liner and place the ramps on them, no problem with sliding on my exposed aggregate driveway. Lightweight, I roll them up and store them inside the ramps, and they are waterproof (I sometimes put the Coupe on ramps to make the nose easier to wash).
I put my brother in front of one, and the boyfriend in front of the other, and just gun it
Works great - on all of our cars EXCEPT the Cherokee... I put it in 4wheel, and still sometimes drive over the darn things... I don't even know why I bother
