I think TechStar makes one...full engine cover used by GM in Tigershark press vehicles...
I may be wrong, but I think it's the same one you're referring to and think GM may sell it...wcc carries one like it...

I have the GM one that I was told has been taken out of production. I paid $365 from our very own Parts Bob @ Fichtner Chevrolet about a year ago.
