I used Folia Tec on mine (got it from Xtreme Motorsports). Been on there three years and still looks great. You could use the same thing on the rotor hubs, which is what I assume you mean for the rotors.
Mark (30yeardream) does a great job with powder coating to match the OEM paint.
If you're into doing them yourself, Rustoleum Sunrise Red looks and lasts terrific. As with any paint job, it is only as good as the "cleaned" surface. Be sure to use denatured alcohol prior to painting.
Good luck!

Do the Z06 calipers offer better performance than non-Z06?
Thanks!
Z06 calipers are identical as yours, well almost, the only difference is they are red and yours are not. That IS the only difference.

The Rustoleum way is the very least expensive way to do it and that Sunrise Red Gloss looks great! I used that myself 2½ years ago and they still look as good as when I did them.
The powder coating would be a really nice way to go but of course a little more expensive and a little bit more work.

My dad used Rustoleum on his '99, and he said the paint scraped off the letters easily with a sharp razor. Apparently it didn't stick very well to the machined areas...
