Can anyone explain this ....
My head covers (when closed) are mis-aligned on both sides. One sits to high and vice versa. I aligned the cover perfectly, using those alignment screws under the covers ... finally! I don't have to look like it got hit! Here's where it gets frustrating ... I go to put the bezel back on ... WON'T FIT! The screw holes are about a half inch lower! I'm like ...
Upon further examination ... I found, correcting the alignment of the cover, caused a misalignment of the bezel holes. (Where the bezel screw go into the cover) So, on the driver's side, I'm back to square 1. The cover's corner is below the nose line.
Anyone have a fix for this? It's livable ... but it's like having a spot on your tie.

There is a "tray" that the cover attaches to. That "tray" in turn attaches to the main headlight frame. It is tedious body fitment work, but it can be adjusted with in specs.
You could always go to a body shop and they could do it pretty easy.
Good Luck,

P.S. Make sure the covers dont bind on the hood when the lights are on.
