Default Which inserts on a white Vert?

I'm looking to put some Corvette inserts on the back of my car and can't seem to make up my mind. Some pics would really help? Anybody got any pics of a white car with either black, brake light red, or ss inserts on their white car? I've flip flopped from all 3 and I think some nice pics would really help. Thanks in advance.

I have a white with red cracked ice. It might be my red interior but lots of people like my inserts.

I have Torch Red with Stainless and think they look great.
I think they would look good on white also and so would
the brakelight red.

IMO, the brakelight red inserts would look great on the white car. I have them on my pewter and really like them.

The car is not white but stainless is classy on all colors.

I have the stainless or chrome finish. It adds some character, it subtle yet makes it slighly more noticeable. With chrome Z06 wheels and chrome tips, it a nice combo

I have the puffy polyurethane letters in black. You can get them at: CF Store .

Here's a pic of them.

On the way to Bowling Green this last summer I stopped in at Mid America and had a look at the Brakelight Red and was disappointed with how they looked so I didn't buy them. I must say the looked good in the pics I have seen that's why I was going to buy them. That said when I got to Bowling Green I saw a white Vette with the Stainless Steel letters and was very impressed. He also had the billet turn signal covers and side markers. Great theme. I am going that way myself. Just my opinion and .02

Keep us posted Stock Man, I'm scared to death to do anything to my car as there aren't alot of example photos of modded white exteriors as far as I've seen. With the black top it's easy to go white/black but at some point it's too much contrast or makes those pieces stand out way too much (great for the vert top and fat tires, not good for door handles side mirrors hehe). Red is great as well, especially love the dark red seats and lower trim/carpet in mine to give it some life outside of white/black but I just can't see puting any bit of red on the exterior. Chrome though, with the tips shiny and the rims shiny... if I was to give my opinion sight unseen I'd vote for stainless.

I've never owned/liked white vehicles before my vette. I've always said it would be like driving around a refridgerator But the second I saw my baby dressed in white I just knew it was right. White hides nothing, every curve every line is right there to see. And with a body like this, I want to be able to see everything.

Either way, keep us posted!

The SS inserts look hot on any color, but if you plan on blacking out the back use the black inserts...nice pic ScottN

Thanks for the pics and input. I like the black inserts but know that I would have to black out the brake lights and the last thing I need is another excuse to get pulled over. Then, I'd probably get a fix it ticket for not having the front license plate too. So I think black is probably out. I am still kind of torn between the brakelight red and the ss, though I've seen the ss on many different color vettes and they all looked sweet. The brakelight red would look good in the back, but then what would I do on the front?? Yeah, I think I decided I'm gonna go with the ss. I'll post some pics when I do it. Thanks again.

Normally, I'd say brakelight red on a white vette, but you've got a black convertible top so I'd go black on that one. Just my two cents.

I went with the brake light red on my white Vette. Photo does not show them that well, but it is all I have at this time. Look great in the sun, and nothing but compliments. Also, went with brake light red on the front license cover.
