Will this setup be unbearable(NOISE)??
We'll all be looking for the flames... Seriously, the loudness out the back of the car will be tough sounding, but the interior noise might really get to you. I'm running headers with hi-flow cats through JCL's spiral baffle exhaust, and even though the tone is muffled somewhat, after I drive a good distance and get out of the car, my ears are ringing. There's no problem when I'm in the car, i.e. resonance, but when I get out, it really bothers me. Hey, give it a shot! If you don't like it, you can always add something back on. Someone here will buy what you don't want anymore!

Current mods include: Vortex Ram air induction system, SLP Loudmouths, Nology Plugs & Wires, Ported throttle body, High Flow MAF, Alot of minor mods ( TB bypass, smooth air coupler, hood seal, etc)! Can somebody guess an estimate of what my HP will be with these mods?

spiral baffle exhaust (close to the flow of Loudmouths, I would expect) - +11hp, +11 tq
Nology wires - 0, but a smoother idle and acceleration
TB bypass - 0
smooth air coupler - +1.5
hood seal didn't do anything but keep the engine clean!
ported throttle body - +3
Headers without a tune will probably net you 15hp. Removing the cats might see 5 more (guess on my part). The best thing I could tell you to do from this point is get a professional tune done - LS1Edit got me significant increases on basically a stock engine. With a tune and all these mods, I would guess you are adding 45-50 rwhp and 30-40 lbs./ft. of torque. From what I hear, you will not see major hp gains with the Vortex, but will see the performance difference when you run the car on the track! I'm no professional tuner, just giving you some idea of what I experienced with minor mods in the past.
My opinion about my car is the same as it is about my music:
IF IT'S TOO LOUD, YOU'RE TOO OLD!

If you have an A4, this may not work. But it does on M6 cars w/o cats.

It won't be nearly as bad in the car, but you will definitely be attracting attention outside the car. Stock engine helps - heads/cam will make it even louder (like mine).
