Don't know about huston, but it only took about a half hour to install it.
It worked like a charm, they also give you a web page with pictures for step by step directions.
I have a 99FRC.

Mine was from Thunder Racing. They call theirs a CLS (Column Lock Simulator) They may look a bit different but never heard of any operational difference.

I got the Harness K which is from GM the fix for the A4. I have heard their might be issues down the road with the CLB because it's resistance load is different from the CL. So I decided to get the Harness K for $10 more. I actually got it from a forum member that got it from GM parts direct. There's my .02
