Where to buy Torch Red Lacquer?
Can anyone suggest a supplier for the late model torch red paint in lacquer?

I believe the EPA has nixed all laquers. If you find any, I would sure like to know where.

It is repacked into 1 oz bottles and sold for touch up paint.
