Default Early on I posted that my partner and I both have arthritis.

We are in our sixties.....this is why I started the thread.....to get some suggestions that would be effective despite the infirmities!

Hey, I had a MR2 in High School. It can be done! I can still remember a buddy of mine getting in the passenger seat the morning after my girlfriend and I'd been to the drive in. He said, "why are there footprints on the inside of the windshield?" Not to sure about the arthritis factor though. Good luck (and take pictures, or we won't believe you! ) Hey, you could do a DIY tutorial!

Stop the car. Bend her over the hood. Do your buisness. Get back in drive with a smile on your face!

Open the passenger side door, have her put her legs out and YOU get on your knees. I personally (being almost the same age as you) can't think of any other reasonably comfortable way. But for heaven's sake, why would you want to??? : :o

I would say this is one area where the convertible outperforms the Z06.

When I was younger I had a fiero, and I did it in that. But the girl was thin and flexible, one knee on each side, facing me, while I was sitting in the drivers seat, with the seat reclined.

We were at a beach access and the only problem was that her butt kept beeping the horn and alot of people were around. Luckily I had tinted windows and it was at night. When we were done, we sort of just opened the door and fell out, and everyone around gave us a round of applause!

If you had a younger girlfriend then only one of you would be in pain, well maybe not........

Default Thanks for the ideas folks.

Some of the "imput" had merit and I might give it a try.....if I can get the wifey to hold still long enough!

Is this thread for real? If so then my vote is for a front seat hummer.

My wife and I coined it The Vette Position. This only works while parked but she straddles the console on her stomache one knee on each side with her head in the trunk as far toward the back as possible (does not work with a vert). This works with well with C4's too. Then you straddle the console behind her, watch out for the stickshift!

Good luck and let me know if it works for you.
