I am NO expert, but had almost same issue in my 1992. Replaced the computer, and all was well. Sounds like you've replaced almost everything else.

Wish I could be more help, someone on the forum will have an answer. Good luck and sorry about the problem!!

your door controle module is bad, its a very common problem, or you have pinched wires ( green and orange ) in the accordian rubber duct in the door jam below the A pillar.

Default Noghtmware continued....

I would agree but I got a used passenger side one from Gene's Karshop and he said he tested it. Put it in and all is exactly the same. This is a $250+ part from GM.... ~$150 from GM Parts Direct. Not sure what to do now.

Patches can correct me if I'm wrong, but which DCM did you replace - I think the left DCM acts as a "master" in the system.

First thing you need to do is check the DTC history log to see errors on the DCM, then we can go from there.

Yes, the first thing you should do in this situation is check your codes...if you don't know how to do this, see the tech tips section

Let us know what errors come up, especially those marked as "C" which stands for Current.

I would also check the computer under the passengers side footwell. Also see if the battery is leaking. Keep us posted.

Suggest you check all grounds. Takes a little time to do but it is cheap.

Default Nighmare getting better

Well it is not completely over but most of the things are working now. I gave up and took to dealer. They found a loose ground somewhere.... never did say where but they promised they fixed something. Now they tell me that the window regulator I put in ~6-8 month ago is bad. A lot better than I was though. Due tomileage on car, GM would not "work with" me but did offer an owner loyalty certificate. That means a new vehicle and I am not as wid as most about C6. Anyone know where I can find a new 2004 with 6=speed in Atlanta area?

thanks for help guys

Try Monica at Maxie Price. The last I knew they had some Z16's.
