Can someone explain to me how you get the priviledge of posting attachments, or am I just too stupid to figure this out?
At the bottom of all of my threads there is a box that states that I cannot post attachments. I would like to know why and how, if that is the case.
Thanks in advance!

Actually, none of us can post attachments. Only moderators can. This does not include pictures which we can all post, this is thumbnails of photos and file attachements only.
myy trouble is that i can't take a picture with a small enough size to get added to my profile when I post attachments. I have a bunch on my gallery but can't get one on my profile.
Hmmm
So who do you have to suck up to to get pictures included in your posts or responses to posts?

Simply re-size your picture and save as a seperate picture on your server host. Once you get it below the maximum size (and yes, it has to be REALLY small) it will work fine.
So then ... how do you add a picture to the end of your posting? I've tried the insert picture but I can't copy and paste.
When you copy & paste the address as listed above, the picture will not appear in the text box as you type it. When you submit your post the address bracketed by the [img] will appear as the picture.
PS - Photobucket hosting site is REALLY easy to use. It even sets up the [img] address for each of your pictures.
Example: as I am typing this, I am seeing the [img] address, NOT the picture. As you can see, the picture actually appears when I post the message.
