No. But some dealers will do anything they can to void your warranty..
Your pretty safe with an exhaust exchange...Legally they can't but if they say No to your warranty then you have to go to court. and it could take forever...
Chances are good you wont have a problem..

yeh my dealership apparenlty isn't very mod friendly. i asked what they're position was on headers and they said they're iffy. Come to think of it, the service manager might be different but i dunno.
