i have a 400 hp olds and used dynamat extreme on all interior floorpan and regular dynamat in trunk . i noticed a large noise reduction and noticed a big difference when i did the doors later. it takes the noise and makes it a lower tone for what you do hear. i like the idea using it on wheelwells so not to tear the interior apart. i have taken my olds apart so many times it is scary , but not the electronics and hardwhare that the vette has.

Weight isn't on the box. I would guess each box, containing 396 sq.ft. weighs about 15-20 lbs.

When can I drop mine off for a week to have the same thing done? I figure with your current employer, and your experience installing it already, you should b able to mine in a couple of days. Just let me know.
You should hear it now Bri! If it takes me (alone) all this time, can you imagine how much quicker it would go if we had 2 ... or even three other people buzzing in and out? I would say maybe one whole day <-----HINT, HINT! To th rest of the guys!
***Two big helpful hints! ***
Wear mechanics gloves or something for two resons. If the Dynamat gets under you nails, it's gonna be there a while. Secondly, the foil part of it cuts the $h*T out of your fingers. Trust me. I lived and learned.

Did I hear someone say "Dynamat install day" in Los Angeles. My trunk can hold a case of beer or I can open up my garage if needed. I bet it would be easier and quicker if someone has done the install? I hate to invite myself, but this is a project I have been wanting to do.

Myles! You just missed mod day at my house last Saturday! But Dynamat day will be a "little" longer. I'm in whenever someone needs help! I think 3 people per car should move things right along. It's not that bad .... when you're not solo. I did the solo route. Post in the Pacific section if you wanna try and organize a day. I'm outta town Nov. 16-23, so some day after that is good.
Sorry, I missed it I have been too busy at work and other hobbies. If you want to get another car & help out I would be happy to provide the food and libations.

Let me get this straght...from the looks of the pictures you installed it on the outside of the wheel wells? Isn't this visible from the outside of the car?

No. The first pic shows the panel ... I know it's a bit harder to see, but the second pic is the well without the panel. Don't be silly! If it showed from the outside, I would've at least added some neon so it enhanced the effect! I'm j/k
