I store my 2001 Vert for the winter & the rotors get rusty & pitted when the car is not driven for several months. Is there anything I can put on the roters to prevent rust while the car is in storage?
If it really bothers you, you could store the car in a Car Jacket. www.carbag.com Its a sealed bag that controls humidity. This is the first season mine will be in one, but I have several friends who have used these and they report the rotors are clean at the end of storage.

C5Ken, something to do that should help significantly is not wash the car without then driving it before storage. This helps a great deal. The car should not be stored without driving enough to heat the rotors if it has been washed. It might sound crazy but it does work.
After washing the car I always go around the block to dry out the brakes. Either that or they rust like crazy. If they are clean and shinny they shouldn't rust over the winter in a garage. At least mine don't. And I live on the wet coast. You could spray some WD-40 on them then clean them off in the spring with some lacquer thinner or gas and they should be fine. My .02
