How do you replace blinker bulb?

How do you replace blinker bulb?
The passenger side blinker and DRL went out yesterday and I can't seem to get the old one to come out. Has anyone had to change these recently and would you be willing to share how you did it? Thank you. It is a 2000 coupe if that makes any difference.

Some have removed the headlight bezel and gone in from the top.
I drove the car up on ramps, removed the cover behind the curved air dam and got to it from the bottom.

OK, thank you everyone I just finished. I pushed the brake duct aside and took the hood post out. I was able to loosen from underneath and then stick my arm between the raised headlight and where the hood post goes to get a better grip on it. Done in 10 minutes and then took it for a drive. Sure love to drive this thing.
