Default conv. to hardtop

Has anyone fabricated a hartop form a donor FRC top for a conv. i have a conv, and just got all the pieces from a z06, seems like an easy task but still cusrious if there is anything i should look out for.
I am using the front hradtware form a targa and plan on custom building rear attachment points, havent figured out yet how well the rear will seal ??

Any links i can check out ?

You have to graft the hardtop to your convertible hatch. The hardtop will not seal without doing this, a portion of the underside on the hardtop and a portion of the top on the convertible hatch must be cut away and then the two peices must be bonded together. When properly done this top is much better than a after market hardtop.
