Best Option: V-1 wied to rear view mirror. Connects in less than 90 seconds. 12 inch mirror cords are available for $11.50. Best,

I opted for the Silver bullet radar detector, about 25k ago, it has
the battery option, comes with a couple chords to plug it in. and i like it very well, it senses very well, and I get very few false alarms. try one!

I believe it will work with any rearview mirror that has power to it. Of course you will have to figure out which slots are positive and negative (when your car is running) if your mirror is diffferent than the posted ones, but it seems that all the C5 people that I have talked to either have the 4 slot mirror or the 7 slot mirror (slots referring to plug in the back of the mirror).

You can contact teambiker@yahoo.com to see if they are still avialable.

good luck

Thinking of tearing up my detector and putting the sensor (redesigned holder)up near the foglight and wire it back to the indicator and mount it somewhere that it can be seen and heard, but it's out of the way.
Anybody done this? Is there any out there that are hidden from John Law in states where illegal?

Thanks.

Regards.

Can't get teambiker to respond to e-mails. Do you have any more information? Name of the company that made it or a picture or a description of how it plugs in? It sounds like exactly what I've been looking for. Need help!

I have a Solo 2 and think it does a great job. I travel alot between Texas and Louisiana and it has warned me in plenty of time, plus it is easy to move from my Avalanche to the Vette.
