Since its’ been getting a bit cooler and the rear window is fogging with moisture I have used the read window defrost a couple of times.
Is it me or are these things a bit slow? One side starts great (out from the contact at the lift on the drivers side) but the other side at that lift doesn’t appear to do anything.
I have taken all three off and clean the contacts and the heating elements are not damaged anywhere.
Anyone out there with the same problems?
Any suggestions?
Frost forms on a car under ideal conditions. Move the car or turn it around and the conditions will change. You may be seeing heavier frost on one side than the other. Try parking it differently and see what happens. You may even find a spot where the frost doesn't even settle on your car.
